GooFresh
Google offers a date-based syntax, but you can only access it via the advanced search, which limits your time options, or the daterange: syntax, which uses Julian dates and is a bit difficult to use. Goofresh is a way to search for sites added today, yesterday, within the last seven days, or last 30 days.

If you need help picking new related keywords go to Lexical FreeNet and enter your keyword. Lexical FreeNet help you find an amazing number of related keywords.
Next go to Good Keywords and download the software and install it.
Take the keywords you found with Lexical Freenet and enter them into Good Keywords. Good keywords will tell you the number of searches for that keyword and find related keywords as well.
